1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All Vicinity products are handcrafted and made-to-order.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 7–10 days from the date of purchase.


2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.


3. Urgent Orders

If you need your order sooner, please contact us at 9551730351 before placing the order.
We can confirm whether an expedited timeline is possible.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
Vicinity is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at vicinity3d@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist you with replacements or resolutions.
