Our keepsakes are made-to-order and typically take 2 to 4 weeks to produce.

2. Shipping Details

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners across India.
• A tracking link will be sent once the product is dispatched.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days post-dispatch.

3. Delivery Delays

Vicinity is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services, natural events, or incorrect address details. However, we will assist in resolving any such issues where possible.

4. Address Accuracy

Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate details.
