Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

All Vicinity products are custom-made. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Exceptions (At Vicinity’s Sole Discretion)

Refunds or replacements may be considered in rare situations such as:

• Delivery damage due to verified courier mishandling
• Delivery failure caused by natural disasters
• Non-delivery confirmed due to logistics issues

All exceptions are subject to a thorough internal investigation by Vicinity. Final decisions will be made solely at our discretion.
